PRE APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure the best results and a safe experience, please follow all instructions below prior to your appointment.

 

72 Hours Before Your Appointment

• Do not take ibuprofen, aspirin, blood thinners, vitamin E, biotin, or fish oil.

Please consult your physician before stopping any prescribed medication.

 

24 Hours Before Your Appointment

• No alcohol

• No caffeine

 

Skin Preparation

• Avoid Retin-A or retinol products on the treatment area

• Avoid excessive sun exposure on the area being treated; use sunblock if needed

• Do not wax, tweeze, or thread the area 3 days prior

• No tinting 3 days prior

• Please arrive with a clean face, free of makeup if possible

 

 

 

 

Eyeliner Appointments – Additional Instructions

 

 

• Follow all instructions listed above

• Do not wear contact lenses on the day of your appointment (glasses are recommended)

• No false eyelashes or eyelash extensions

 

 

 

 

Lip Appointments – Additional Instructions

 

 

• Follow all instructions listed above

• If you have a history of cold sores, begin antiviral medication one week prior to your appointment as directed by your physician

 

 

 

 

Contraindications

 

 

Permanent makeup cannot be performed if you are:

• Pregnant or nursing

• Under the age of 18

• Undergoing chemotherapy

• Diabetic

• Currently using or recently used Accutane

• Received Botox in the treatment area within 2 weeks of your appointment

• Experiencing sunburn, rash, or skin irritation in or near the treatment area

 

 

 

Please do not attend your appointment if you are sick

(No cold, fever, flu, or any contagious illness.)
